Arizona Home Care is hiring a Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for evening home health visits throughout Phoenix and the surrounding Valley.  

This is a stable, weekday full-time RN role offering competitive pay, paid training, strong office support, and the autonomy of home health nursing. 

Pay & Schedule:  

• $80,000 – $100,000 
• Full-Time, Monday-Friday 
• Evening visit window: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Visits scheduled within this timeframe — not continuous bedside shifts) 
• Paid training is completed during daytime hours prior to transitioning into the evening schedule.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide skilled RN care in patients’ homes 
• Perform assessments and manage assigned cases 
• Deliver wound care and infusion therapy 
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams 
• Educate patients and caregivers 
• Complete timely electronic documentation 

Qualifications 

• Active Arizona RN license 
• Home health experience required 
• Infusion and wound care experience 
• Current CPR/BLS/First Aid certifications 
• Valid AZ fingerprint clearance card 
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & proof of auto insurance 
• Valid TB test results 
• Familiarity with Medicare OASIS
