We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to develop their skills in a vibrant, team-oriented setting.  Full Time - $20-$25/hr. 40 hrs. a week, 4 day work week, nights and weekends required. 


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • We are looking for Line Cooks to join our team, with a focus on scratch based cooking in a fast paced environment. This role is responsible for prep, cold side, sauté and grill, along with other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal assembly and timely service during busy hours.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination.

Requirements


  • Restaurant experience: 2 years (Required); fine dining experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated culinary skills including knife proficiency, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Description
$20 - $25/hr.
