Position Details

• Shift: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Weekends)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and organize activities for children and adults (Kids Zone, Kids Night Out, group events)
• Supervise children ages 4–12 in a safe and engaging environment
• Monitor pool areas and enforce safety rules and regulations
• Assist with reservations and scheduling of activities
• Maintain cleanliness of recreation areas, pools, and equipment
• Distribute, collect, and launder pool towels
• Support recreational offerings such as mini golf, bike rentals, and sports equipment
• Process payments for activities and rentals
• Provide guests with information about resort activities and amenities
• Assist with convention group activities as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recreation, childcare, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with children and families
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (not required)
• Team-oriented and reliable

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting of equipment and supplies (up to 25 lbs)
• Active role involving both indoor and outdoor movement

Work Environment

• Indoor and outdoor recreation areas
• Exposure to varying weather conditions
• Moderate to loud noise levels
• High-energy, guest-focused environment
