We’re looking for an experienced, mission-driven leader to join us as our Associate Dean of Compliance and Post-Licensure—a role that blends academic leadership with regulatory expertise to ensure our nursing programs meet the highest standards of excellence, integrity, and impact.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and trusted leader, guiding compliance, accreditation, and continuous improvement efforts across our nursing programs.
Lead with Integrity and Excellence
- Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements at the federal, state, and local levels
- Recommend and implement policy updates to ensure ongoing compliance
- Promote a culture of ethics, accountability, and professional standards
Drive Accreditation and Quality
- Co-lead accreditation processes (CCNE, ACEN, state boards) alongside the Dean of Nursing
- Prepare self-studies, reports, and documentation for program reviews
- Develop action plans that strengthen outcomes and sustain accreditation
Strengthen Curriculum and Outcomes
- Ensure curriculum remains current, evidence-based, and aligned with licensure standards
- Partner with faculty to align outcomes with national and state expectations
- Use student performance data to continuously enhance program delivery
Support Students and Faculty
- Guide compliance processes related to licensure, background checks, and clinical readiness
- Ensure faculty meet credentialing and licensure requirements
- Serve as a mentor and resource for navigating accreditation and compliance
Build Meaningful Partnerships
- Collaborate with clinical partners to secure high-quality placements
- Ensure simulation and lab experiences meet regulatory and educational standards
Lead with Data and Insight
- Oversee continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Track key metrics like retention, graduation, and NCLEX outcomes
- Translate data into actionable improvements that elevate student success

What You Bring
You’re a collaborative leader who combines analytical rigor with a genuine commitment to people and purpose.
Required:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (Doctorate preferred)
- 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing education
Preferred:
- Active, unencumbered RN license (Utah or Compact)
You also have:
- Deep knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards (CCNE, ACEN, state boards)
- Experience leading accreditation reviews and quality improvement initiatives
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- A passion for building partnerships and supporting student success
