As the part time Executive Administrative Assistant, you’ll support the Willow Huntley Campus Pastor and Pastor of Multiplication—freeing them up to invest in people, develop leaders, and expand the impact of the church. Your work will quietly—but powerfully—help make all of that possible.

What You’ll Do
- Build and lead a volunteer team by recruiting, onboarding, and developing administrative volunteers
- Bring order and clarity through calendar management, communication, and organization
- Coordinate key moments like meetings, events, and ministry gatherings with excellence
- Keep projects moving by anticipating needs and solving problems early
- Support day-to-day operations including data entry, purchase card reconciliation, and logistics
The Details
- Part-time (20 hours/week), Monday - Thursday
- Salary range is $26,800 - $36,500 and will depend upon experience, skillset and/or education
- Primarily based at the Willow South Barrington Campus
- Some flexibility for events and key ministry moments

- Willing to be a regular attender of a Willow church campus
