Role Overview

We are looking for Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain technical dairy equipment on customer farms. This role is perfect for those who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting and building long-term relationships with the agricultural community. Whether you are starting your career or are a seasoned pro, we have a path for you. Based on your experience, you will be placed in one of three tiers: Entry-Level (training provided), Intermediate (1+ years trade experience), or Specialized (EPA Refrigeration certification required). 


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot technical problems with milking equipment, milk tanks, sorting gates, and herd           management systems.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent service during field visits and build positive rapport with farm owners.
  • Documentation: Produce timely service reports and maintain accurate records of time and parts used.
  • Safety & Biosecurity: Strictly follow company and farm biosecurity protocols to protect animal health.
  • On-Call Rotation: Remain reliable during scheduled on-call timeframes to support our 24/7 dairy partners.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong troubleshooting ability and proficiency with trade tools.
  • License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (to operate company vehicles).
  • Physical: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various farm environments.
  • Mindset: A positive attitude, "can-do" spirit, and a passion for supporting the dairy industry.
