Description

ROLE:

The Business Development Representative - Partner Growth is responsible for supporting and scaling the Company’s Partner ecosystem by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and driving partner activation and revenue generating activity. This role operates at the center of affiliate and strategic partner growth and works closely with leadership to convert partner conversations into launched partnerships, booked consultations, and long-term revenue streams. This is not a basic, appointment setting role; this position is accountable for driving momentum across the partner lifecycle. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and prospect potential affiliate, influencer, community, coaching, education, and strategic partners
  • Build targeted prospect lists and execute outbound outreach campaigns
  • Set meetings with qualified potential partners and conduct initial relationship development
  • Research partner audiences, offers, funnels, and alignment with Company services
  • Support relationship-building with founders, operators, community managers, and affiliate teams
  • Drive partner conversations from initial interest to launch readiness
  • Maintain consistent and professional follow-up to advance opportunities and prevent pipeline stagnation
  • Support partner launches including webinars, onboarding flows, scripts, booking links, and community activations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners have correct assets, tracking, reporting, and next steps
  • Assist in executing warm handoff strategies within partner onboarding, live calls, and community environments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline records across Salesforce, Asana, Google Sheets, and related systems
  • Track partner status, lead flow, next actions, and projected revenue opportunities
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and visibility for leadership
  • Monitor partner performance metrics including scheduled calls, show rates, closed revenue, and commission generation
  • Prepare concise updates for leadership and partner communication
  • Use performance data to recommend next actions including webinars, follow-ups, onboarding improvements, and reactivation strategies
  • Drive accountability across teams for timelines, deliverables, and adherence to established processes
  • Proactively identify operational gaps and implement solutions before they impact performance

Requirements

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

This role brings a strong foundation in relationship development, pipeline management, and operational execution within a fast-paced, revenue driven environment. This position requires strong ownership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships while maintaining clear visibility into performance and next steps. 

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and advance a high-volume partner pipeline with clear documentation and follow-through
  • Show a track record of increasing ownership and effectiveness in business development or partnership-driven roles
  • Act as a trusted partner to internal teams and external stakeholders, driving alignment and execution
  • Maintain accurate, organized records and ensure visibility into all partner activity
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying stalled opportunities and driving them forward
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Balance relationship-building with accountability for revenue outcomes and performance metrics
  • Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing opportunities and escalating issues when needed

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate management, sales, account management, or a related field
  • Strong comfort with outbound outreach and consistent follow-up
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Monday, or similar platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partner conversations and workflows simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and organizational discipline
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and directly with leadership

Salary Description
Up to $110,000 base + Performance Bonus (qtrly)
