The Canine Coach Trainer, CCT, is a manager level role focused on back-of-house responsibilities and leadership. The primary goal for the CCT will always be to promote and uphold the safety and security of the dogs. This role is responsible for upholding safety standards for both humans and canines, overseeing staff completion and competency of all required trainings, and leading daily back-of-house operations.
