As we continue to grow nationwide, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Corporate Paralegal to support our legal operations and ensure we maintain the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.


Position Summary:
This role requires a strong foundation in litigation, particularly in discovery, along with excellent proofreading, editing, and data management skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a variety of legal and administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support internal and external counsel with all phases of litigation, including document review, case management, and trial preparation
  • Manage and coordinate discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, organizing productions, and maintaining document databases
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
  • Proofread and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Prepare, format, and maintain spreadsheets and reports using Excel for tracking cases, deadlines, and legal data
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date legal files and documentation

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience, with a focus on litigation and discovery
  • Strong understanding of discovery processes, including e-discovery tools and document production
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to organize and analyze data
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
Salary Description
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00
