Position Overview We are seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of 10–12 Field Sales Representatives across Texas and Florida. This is a remote role with significant travel (60%), ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, builds strong sales cultures, and knows how to drive performance in home-services environments. The ideal candidate has experience in home services, residential sales, or field-based service organizations (Lawncare, Irrigation, Solar, or Pest Control)


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 Field Sales Representatives across multiple markets.
  • Conduct regular field ride-a longs, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
  • Drive district-level sales performance, ensuring reps meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
  • Analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and territory performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with local operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps as the district grows.
  • Maintain strong market knowledge and competitive awareness within assigned territories.
  • Represent Fairway Corp’s values and brand standards across all field interactions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably managing field or territory-based teams.
  • Background in home services strongly preferred (Lawncare, Irrigation, Pest Control, Solar)
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and coaching reps to exceed goals.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% across Texas and Florida.
  • Ability to train and mold new sales reps, ideally 2+ years of experience training
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, PE-backed environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
