Description
Essential Functions
- Primary contact for customers throughout the full cycle of their equipment servicing
- Frequent and timely updates for the customer, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience
- Provide calibration documentation for the customers’ compliance requirements
- Maintain inventory of gauge service parts
- Assist with sales orders and purchase orders
- This role is in a shop environment and primarily administrative in nature, with some receiving, packaging, pulling, and lifting upwards of 50 lbs.
- Overall support of the gauge service team

Qualifications
- Expert user of MS Office Suite
- MS Dynamics 365 experience highly valued
- Experience in a calibration or laboratory testing environment highly valued
- Coordinate the gauge service department with minimal supervision
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on, active role in a warehouse setting:
- Standing and walking throughout the entire shift
- Regular lifting (50 lbs. unassisted; heavier items with equipment or team lift)
- Working in a non-climate-controlled environment (warm temperatures and humidity during spring–fall months)
- Laboratory facilities contain minor, fully shielded radiation sources used strictly for materials testing
- All areas are monitored and controlled under strict safety protocols
- Exposure risk is minimal and well below occupational safety thresholds
