Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Local Travel RNs and LPNs for a 13-week contract with set schedules, consistent hours, and a supportive in-house team.

Schedule
- 13-week contract
- 3x12-hour shifts (7p–7a)
- Opportunity for additional shifts if desired
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately (within RN/LPN scope)
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition promptly
- Document care clearly and timely
- Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license (state-licensed)
- Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and dependable attendance
- Ability to commit to the full 13-week assignment
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in SNF/LTC or post-acute care
- Experience working agency or travel assignments
