The Canine Coach role is responsible for leading the playroom for our furry friends by creating a safe and fun environment – and also setting the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers. 

Required Attributes and Skills:

• Must LOVE dogs
• Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to “own” a room of dogs
• Caring for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family
• Keep data accurate with current dogs
• Engage, play and enjoy the furry friends

Preferred Attributes and Skills (Not Required): 

• Dog Handling
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks 
• Dog Spa Experience (Bathing, Nails, Teeth)
• Large Animal Handling (livestock or other non-canine)
• Animal Waste Handling and Sanitation
• Canine First Aid Training
• Human First Aid Training
• Canine Body Language Recognition
