Description
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and callers. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, providing excellent customer service, and performing light administrative duties to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Front Desk & Reception
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Manage the visitor log and ensure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and packages.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed.
- Maintain and organize filing systems (both electronic and physical).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations.
- Assist with data entry, spreadsheet updates, and basic record-keeping.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are adequate.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Assist with coordinating company events, meetings, and employee gatherings.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
- Experience in a corporate or professional office setting preferred.
