The Warehouse & Retail Associate supports both back-of-house warehouse operations and front-of-house retail store activities. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory, fulfilling product requests, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and assisting customers as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
• Stock shelves and maintain proper product placement in both warehouse and retail areas
• Pick and stage products for fulfillment and restocking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock
• Assist with general warehouse upkeep, including trash removal and floor maintenance
• Support retail store operations as needed, including:
• Assisting customers with product selection
• Restocking shelves and displays
• Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
• Follow all company procedures related to safety, inventory handling, and customer service
• Parking lot cleaning 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
• Ability to work in both warehouse and retail environments
