Outpatient Therapist (LICSW/LPC)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Call | No Weekends

Position Overview

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a licensed outpatient therapist (LICSW or LPC) to join our growing team in Pelham, Alabama. This is a full-time, weekday-only role focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy in a supportive, clinician-friendly environment.

This role also includes conducting initial intake evaluations (CPT 90791) for new patients, serving as a key entry point into care. You’ll work with a diverse outpatient population, collaborating with psychiatry and midlevel providers while maintaining autonomy in your clinical practice.


Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday–Friday (no evenings required unless preferred) 
  • No call, no weekends 
  • Competitive base salary + productivity bonus structure 
  • W2 employment with full benefits package 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic intake evaluations (CPT 90791) 
  • Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions 
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans 
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions (CBT, trauma-informed care, etc.) 
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation 
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed

Requirements
  •  Active LICSW or LPC license in Alabama 
  • Master’s degree from an accredited program 
  • Experience with diagnostic assessments and outpatient therapy 
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
