Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
As our Inventory Control Supervisor extraordinaire, your job is to unleash your superhuman abilities and be accountable for the accuracy, integrity, and control of all inventories across the organization, including raw material, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods. This role leads the stockroom team and owns inventory policies, cycle count strategy, inventory transactions, and audit readiness. The role serves as the single point of accountability for inventory accuracy and compliance. You’ll work alongside some of the sharpest minds in the RF and microwave industry. Oh, and did we mention that you'll be based in the heart of Austin, Texas, where the tech scene is as hot as our BBQ?
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
· Own end-to-end inventory accuracy across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
· Establish, maintain, and enforce inventory control procedures.
· Define and manage the cycle count program, including root cause and corrective action.
· Control quarantine, MRB, nonconforming, and customer-owned inventory.
· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
· Partner with Finance on valuation, reconciliation, and audits.
· Manage excess and obsolete inventory.
· Directly supervise stockroom and inventory personnel.
· Assign daily priorities for receiving, issuing, kitting, and cycle counts.
· Train employees on procedures, ERP transactions, and compliance.
· Conduct performance reviews and support development.
· Maintain compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.
