Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook who is passionate about cooking at a high level. This role is ideal for someone who values working with quality ingredients, embraces creativity, and wants to contribute to a kitchen where standards matter.

You will play a key role in executing a diverse menu that includes à la carte dining, seasonal features, and elevated club events, while continuing to develop your skills alongside a dedicated culinary team.

  

What You’ll Do

  • Execute dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail 
  • Prepare and organize mise en place using high-quality ingredients 
  • Assist in the development and execution of seasonal features and menu items 
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety 
  • Work collaboratively with a professional team in a fast-paced environment 
  • Take ownership of your station and contribute to overall kitchen success

Requirements
  • At least one year of professional cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to pass a criminal background screening and pre-employment drug screening
Salary Description
$24-$26 per hour
