Overview

Innotec is looking for a Director of Sales to accelerate growth within our Board-Free business unit, with a strong focus on new business development and expanding strategic accounts. 

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on building pipeline, winning complex deals, and driving measurable revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth 
  • Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline 
  • Lead complex sales cycles with technical customers 
  • Expand existing accounts through strategic engagement 
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans 
  • Manage and guide rep partners to increase market coverage

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications 

  • Proven success in leading sales teams in distribution or related industries.
  • Experience managing P&L and contributing to strategic business decisions.
  • Strong background in sales forecasting, data analysis, and relationship building.
  • Experience growing a distribution network and managing complex client relationships.
  • Ability to lead product training initiatives and drive team development.
  • Expertise in sales process optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
