Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth

Experience and Qualifications
- Proven success in leading sales teams in distribution or related industries.
- Experience managing P&L and contributing to strategic business decisions.

- Experience growing a distribution network and managing complex client relationships.
- Ability to lead product training initiatives and drive team development.
