Key Responsibilities:

  • Visitor reception — Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
  • Front-desk communication — Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Scheduling coordination — Manage appointments and conference room bookings
  • Mail and package handling — Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Office supply management — Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors
  • Common-area upkeep — Keep kitchen and shared spaces stocked, tidy, and organized
  • Errand support — Handle package drop-offs and occasional office errands
  • Project assistance — Support special projects and additional tasks as needed

Requirements

 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude 
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Personal reliable transportation required 
Salary Description
$16.00-22.00/Hour
