Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor reception — Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Front-desk communication — Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Scheduling coordination — Manage appointments and conference room bookings
- Mail and package handling — Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Office supply management — Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors
- Common-area upkeep — Keep kitchen and shared spaces stocked, tidy, and organized
- Errand support — Handle package drop-offs and occasional office errands
- Project assistance — Support special projects and additional tasks as needed
