We’re looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring and onboarding process at our Farmers Branch office. This role is responsible for managing pre-hire onboarding in Paylocity and sourcing candidates through Indeed and LinkedIn. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who can stay organized, focused, and handle administrative work while also engaging with new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-hire onboarding (background checks, drug screens, new hire paperwork)
- Track candidates in Paylocity and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with candidates to complete onboarding requirements
- Source candidates using Indeed and LinkedIn (Smart Sourcing)
- Support interview scheduling and recruiting operations
- Assist with new hire orientation and candidate experience
