Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position supports the VP of Operations while supervising the operations of the facility and while providing a safe environment for the clients in treatment. The Executive Director monitors each department head's ability to maintain the client’s well-being during the treatment process while assisting them to adjust to the programming routine by answering questions and/or addressing concerns the client may have.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred.   
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a health care setting for client care. 
  • Supervision experience required. 
  • Individual must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. ?

  • Must have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. 
  • Must have ability to multitask and manage time effectively without consistent oversight. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. 
  • Empathetic and nonjudgmental approach when working with clients from diverse backgrounds. 
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate and organized client records using electronic health records (EMR) systems. 

 

Work Environment:

This position is an in-person/office work environment. There will be daily face-to-face interaction with staff and clients. The workday will vary, but it will often include sitting at a desk, working on a computer, meeting with clients, and completing paperwork.
