Role: Project Coordinator I
Remote | Full-Time | Salary, exempt at $45,000 - $50,000 annually

About the Role RLM Underground is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers within the PMO department. This is a new position created to strengthen project documentation, communication, and workflow efficiency across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation & Reporting: Create project reports, maintain schedules, document risks and issues, and organize project files.
- Workflow Coordination: Track tasks, schedule meetings, and help ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Communication: Serve as a central point of contact between team members, clients, and management.
- Administrative Support: Assist with budgeting, expense reports, and ordering project materials.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative/project support role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic office software and project documentation tools
