Special Events Coordinator
Description

Special Events Coordinator is responsible for the events that L&F Distributors has sponsorship. There needs to be a lot of coordination and planning involved for the events

  

· Visit all assigned accounts for distribution of POS, coasters, table tents, etc.

· In charge of logistics and equipment and personnel.

· Schedule inventory and maintenance of equipment.

· Present to General Manager all donations.

· Monthly and weekly reports for events.

· Set-up of stage with set-up crew.

· Make sure all banners, snow fencing, POS items are in place.

· Schedule the work rotation of employees. 

· Ensure availability or the appropriate PPG items are available for distribution.

· Maintain all schedules, reports and information as required by AB and management.

· Know event owner/manager/key personnel by name.

Requirements

· Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in sales and marketing.

· Must be execution oriented with the ability to work independently.

· Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read documents in English, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposure to frequent sitting. May have to lift up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to stand, walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to reach and mover product on overhead shelving. May have to use ladders to hang POS items.
