AmeriCash Loans is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Store Manager to lead the daily operations and performance of our Superior, WI location.


In this role, you will take full ownership of the store’s success, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer experiences, and strong business results. The Store Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers, maintains compliance with operational and security standards, and creates a professional, welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer inquiries promptly
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business
  • Manage cash handling, financial transactions, and loss prevention
  • Execute promotional initiatives to drive store performance
  • Maintain operational, security, and brand standards
  • Ensure a positive, organized, and customer-focused store environment

Qualifications

  • Strong basic math skills with experience handling cash transactions
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel preferred)
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-first approach
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and follow through

Compensation

  • $18.00–$19.50 per hour
