Overall Position Purpose
The Global Community Coordinator position exists to support and strengthen the Inteleos Foundation’s global network of Imaging Ambassadors working across more than 30 countries expanding access to ultrasound and improving diagnostic healthcare capacity. This role supports project management, program coordination, ambassador engagement, impact tracking, and community collaboration to advance the global health outcomes of the Imaging for Impact Accelerator. The Global Community Coordinator will promote and support the Inteleos culture of inclusivity.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison for the Foundation’s healthcare entrepreneurs (Imaging Ambassadors), providing ongoing project management, including pilot project implementation, troubleshooting challenges, communication with health providers, program design, health innovation incubation, and program evaluation;
- Provide wrap-around support for all national ambassadors including regular check-ins, proposal and budget feedback, technical assistance coordination, reimbursement processing, equipment access, and scaling support
- Coordinate Ambassador onboarding, reporting processes, and program milestone tracking;
- Monitor program performance and compliance to maintain alignment with grant requirements;
- Facilitate global community engagement with existing and new ambassadors by fostering knowledge sharing and strengthening communities of practice across all four regional health hubs;
- Maintain data collection processes, impact evaluation, reports, and program summaries;
- Coordinate stakeholder and partner engagement opportunities, events, touchpoints, and convenings;
- Assist with program administration, including program budgets, documentation, and operational coordination;
- Collaborate with internal Inteleos departments and teams to align educational and certification resources with Ambassador initiatives; and
- Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Environment

- Incumbent has no formal supervisory responsibility, though they may provide oversight to other employees, external vendors, and consultants.
Work Environment
The incumbent will work at a desk in an office environment or an approved remote location. This position may require evening and weekend hours, as well as occasional travel. There are minimal requirements to lift or move equipment.
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Global Health, Nonprofit Management, International Development, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of two years of experience in nonprofit program management, global health programs, or international development initiatives;
- Experience supporting multi-country or cross-cultural programs, preferred; and
- Experience in program monitoring and evaluation, reporting, or community-based project coordination, preferred.

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability work in other software environments including virtual meetings and digital tools, including but not limited to Canva, Qualtrics, Tableau, Zoom, Asana, and CRMs.
