Service Advisor - Automotive Dealership

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their vehicle concerns and service needs

- Explain service procedures, estimates, and recommendations clearly and accurately

- Prepare and review repair orders, ensuring all customer requests are documented correctly

- Coordinate with technicians to facilitate timely and efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance

- Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles

- Upsell additional services and maintenance opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue

- Ensure all service documentation complies with dealership and manufacturer standards

- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Auto Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service role

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- CDK experience is helpful
