We are seeking a professional and personable Banquet Bartender to provide outstanding beverage service during our events and functions, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at banquets and events

- Set up bar stations according to event requirements and maintain cleanliness throughout service

- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in compliance with legal regulations

- Collaborate with event staff to coordinate beverage service and meet guest needs

- Restock and organize bar supplies and inventory as needed

- Handle cash and process payments accurately

- Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in banquet or event settings

- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and responsible alcohol service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Valid bartending license or certification as required by Minnesota law

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based hours
