The Raritan Bay Area YMCA is seeking a responsible and safety-focused Bus Driver to transport program participants to and from designated program sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and a positive, supportive attitude aligned with the YMCA’s mission.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a YMCA School Bus
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and maintaining accurate transportation logs
- Ensure the safe boarding and disembarking of passengers
- Follow all traffic laws, YMCA policies, and child safety protocols at all times

- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- CDL with passenger endorsement
- Previous driving experience with children or group transportation
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday 6:45AM-8:45AM and 2:15PM-4:00PM during the School Year; Monday-Friday from: 8:30AM-4:00PM during the Summer
- Consistent and reliable attendance
