Mindcolor Autism, named one of Glassdoor’s Top 50 Places to Work in 2025, is seeking a Multi-State Regional Director to join our clinical team. The Multi-State Regional Director is responsible for overseeing the clinical, operational, and people leadership functions across multiple ABA center locations within an assigned region. This role partners closely with Center Directors and company leadership to ensure high-quality clinical care, operational excellence, strong team culture, and sustainable growth across all centers.

Responsibilities:
Regional Leadership & Operations
- Lead operational and clinical performance across multiple ABA centers by partnering with Center Directors, monitoring key performance metrics, implementing strategic action plans, supporting budgets and compliance, and ensuring consistent communication, oversight, and execution of company initiatives.
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance across the region by supporting complex cases, conducting audits and reviews, monitoring clinical quality and outcomes, ensuring appropriate caseload distribution, and promoting ethical, evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development.
People Leadership & Team Development
- Develop and support regional leadership teams through coaching, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, retention efforts, workforce planning, and fostering a collaborative culture aligned with company values and growth goals.
Growth & Community Engagement
- Drive regional growth initiatives by supporting marketing and outreach efforts, building community and referral partnerships, participating in recruitment events, and assisting with new center development, hiring, and operational launch planning.

Experience
- Minimum of 5 years as a BCBA in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years managing or supervising BCBA-level clinicians.
- Minimum of 2 years overseeing operations across multiple ABA centers.
- Experience leading leaders and supporting multi-site operations.
- Experience utilizing operational and clinical data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with assessment tools, clinical systems, and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Full-time position requiring regular virtual and in-person support across assigned centers.
- Travel within the assigned region is required.
- Center visits should occur regularly based on business and operational needs.
- Ability to support community events, hiring events, and marketing initiatives as needed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families
- CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days
- QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to engage in a variety of physical movements including sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, and crawling.
- Ability to utilize computers, tablets, and other technology for extended periods.
- Ability to respond quickly and appropriately in crisis or client support situations.
