JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
Reports to the Director of Project Management for guidance on projects to be working on.
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and completion of projects by working closely with the Project Management Director across both Machias and Calais organizations. This role ensures timelines are maintained, documentation is accurate, and communication flows effectively across all stakeholders.

- Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
- Maintain project plans and status updates
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Maintain organized project documentation and files
- Develop status reports, dashboards, and tracking tools
- Serve as a point of contact for project team members
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Communicate updates, risks, and changes to stakeholders
- Complies with the Code of Conduct and all appropriate policies and procedures
- Follow up on action items to ensure completion
- Coordinate resources across departments
- Assist with workflow implementation and process updates
- Support testing, training, and rollout activities
- Identify potential risks and escalate to Project management Director
- Track issues and assist in resolution efforts
- Other duties, as assigned, that are relevant to the position and department
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* 1-3 yrs of administrative, coordination, or project support experience.
* Exposure to healthcare operations, clinical workflows, EMR systems, quality improvement.
* Healthcare background preferred
