Marketing Associate
Job Type
Full-time
Description

Let’s be honest—most marketing roles start to sound the same. This isn’t one of them.

At Counsilman-Hunsaker, we don’t just market a service—we help shape aquatic experiences across the country. From community pools to world-class competition venues, our work impacts how people live, compete, and connect. And our marketing team plays a key role in helping us win and deliver that work. We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who wants to be hands-on, involved, and part of something a little more meaningful (and a lot more interesting).

What You’ll Do

This is not a sit-in-the-corner-making-brochures kind of job. You’ll be right in the middle of the action—supporting both marketing and business development efforts across the firm.

  • Support development of proposals, presentations, and marketing content that help us tell compelling stories and win work
  • Manage and coordinate our national tradeshow program (20+ events annually), from logistics to strategy
  • Maintain and track opportunities in our CRM system to keep our pipeline organized and actionable
  • Coordinate with project managers, leadership, and external partners to support client relationships
  • Assist with website updates, marketing collateral, and brand visibility efforts
  • Help improve internal marketing and business development processes—we genuinely value new ideas

One day, you might be coordinating a tradeshow strategy. The next, helping shape how we present to a major client. The next, improving how we track opportunities across the firm.

Bonus: Background in aquatics (swimming, diving, lifeguarding, water polo, etc.). We like to say you’ve got a little “chlorine in your blood.”

Why Counsilman-Hunsaker

  • Collaborative, team-first culture where your ideas are heard and encouraged
  • Variety of work across marketing and business development—no two days look the same
  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful, visible projects across the globe
  • Clear path for growth and increased ownership

If you’re looking for a marketing role that’s dynamic, relationship-driven, and a little outside the box—we’d love to talk.
