Lot Attendant
Description

The Service Lot Attendant plays a key role in supporting the service department by ensuring the safe, efficient movement and organization of vehicles. This position helps maintain a professional appearance of the service lot, supports technicians and advisors, and contributes to an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Park, organize, and retrieve customer vehicles in a timely and safe manner
  • Transport vehicles between the service lane, lot, wash area, and technician stalls
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections (check mileage, fuel level, visible damage)
  • Assist with keeping the service drive, parking areas, and lot clean and orderly
  • Help prepare vehicles for customer delivery (washing, vacuuming, light interior/exterior cleanup)
  • Install protective items such as seat covers, floor mats, and steering wheel covers
  • Ensure keys, key tags, and vehicles are properly logged and secured
  • Assist service advisors and technicians as needed with vehicle movement and organization
  • Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures
