Heartline Staffing, strategic talent partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an Oral Surgeon for a high-income outpatient opportunity in Largo, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This outpatient oral surgery opportunity offers strong earning potential, schedule flexibility, and a specialist-driven clinical environment with built-in referrals. Providers will perform full-scope oral and maxillofacial procedures within a fully digital PPO-based practice supported by experienced surgical assistants.

COMPENSATION
• 40%-50% of collections compensation model
• Income potential of $400,000-$500,000+
• Strong established referral stream

SCHEDULE
• Flexible four-day workweek
• Full-time or part-time available
• No nights
• No weekends
• No major holidays

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures
• Evaluate and manage surgical patients
• Collaborate within specialist-driven practice model
• Utilize modern digital surgical technology
• Deliver high-quality outpatient surgical care

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery REQUIRED
• Active unrestricted Florida dental license REQUIRED
• Ability to perform full-scope oral surgery procedures REQUIRED
• Strong surgical and patient communication skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable working independently within specialist practice REQUIRED
