**Remote Opportunity Available** 


What you’ll be doing at Autism Care Partners: 

  • Coordinate and oversee the timely submission of evaluations from the evaluation teams.
  • Manage and optimize systems and workflows to uphold compliance and efficiency.
  • Lead case conferencing with evaluators to discuss cases, share best practices, and resolve issues.
  • Identify training needs and develop targeted training plans for evaluators.
  • Engage with service coordinators to remind and inform them of available evaluation teams and services.
  • Act as a liaison between evaluators, service coordinators, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop, update, and implement policies and procedures related to EI evaluations.
  • Stay current with federal, state, and local regulations and translate changes into actionable practices for the team.
  • Meet with leadership weekly to review departmental statistics (throughput, timeliness, accuracy, consent rates, etc.).

 Education and Experience (one of the following):

  • NYS Certification in Special Education
  • NYS Certification in Students with Disabilities: Birth - 2nd Grade
  • NYS LMSW or LCSW
  • NYS License in Occupational Therapy
  • NYS License in Speech Pathology
  • NYS Certification in Mental Health
  • Experience with testing and assessments, understanding standard deviations
  • Early Intervention experience preferred

Competencies (Interpersonal skills)

  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive team culture and manage conflict effectively.
  • Facilitate effective communication between evaluators, coordinators, leadership, community partners and municipalities

Meeting Expectations

  • Departmental meeting held weekly
  • Leadership meetings held Bi-weekly 
  • May partake in child’s IFSP meetings
  • Meetings as needed

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee head evaluators and evaluation coordinators; set clear expectations and goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive team culture and manage conflict effectively.  
  • Design and deliver workshops and training sessions on new EI regulations and best practices
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., intake, Service coordination, billing) to ensure seamless workflows.

Travel Required

  • May be called into the main corporate office located in Manhattan, NYC 3 times a quarter

  • Employees in this role are considered essential workers as part of the critical infrastructure.
