Dr Delphinium, Dallas’ premier florist, is seeking dependable and customer-oriented Delivery Drivers to join our team. This role is vital to our mission of delivering joy, as you’ll safely transport floral arrangements and gift items to residential and business locations across the DFW area.

As a Delivery Driver, you are often the final and most memorable point of contact for our customers. You’ll take pride in handling each delivery with care, professionalism, and compassion, ensuring every arrangement arrives safely and beautifully. This role is ideal for reliable individuals who value consistency, communicate respectfully, and understand that even a brief interaction can create a meaningful moment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Deliver floral arrangements and gifts to homes and businesses with accuracy and care.
• Provide exceptional guest service upon delivery; verify signatures and answer any delivery-related questions.
• Determine efficient delivery routes and meet all assigned “by” times.
• Follow all delivery instructions including property-specific directions (parking, entrances, etc.).
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or injuries to management.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (check fluids, tires, etc.); report maintenance needs.
• Keep assigned delivery vehicles clean, inside and out.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Support fellow team members as needed and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Ensure full compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Valid Driver License (CDL not required).
• Clean driving record with no DUIs or DWIs; must meet insurance requirements.
• Previous experience driving cargo vans preferred (not required).
• Strong customer service skills; friendly, professional, and solution-focused.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working independently for extended periods.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Calm and tactful when handling difficult or time-sensitive situations.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends.
• Tobacco-free workplace; adherence to company policy required during working hours
• Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
