Requirements

 Assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of the dining room. You are responsible for the Beach Club, Blue Heron, and Gazebo. Ensures timeliness of food service. Supervise and train all staff. Manage within budgetary restraints. Develop and implement programs to increase revenues through repeat business and higher check averages.

  • Responsible for management of dining room service in the main clubhouse.
  • Maintains a high level of member contact throughout service hours. 
  • Knowledge of and ability to perform required roles during emergency situations.  

Education and/or Experience 

  • A four-year college degree in Hospitality preferred  
  • Minimum of three-year work experience dining room supervisory experience preferably in the private club industry 

Licenses and Special Requirements 

  • Alcoholic beverage certification is a plus 
  • Food safety certification is a plus 
  • Country Club or Golf Club experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed 
  • CPR/AED and/or First Aid Certification a plus 
  • TIPS certification required.

Full-Time, Salaried Exempt Starting at $65,000 based on experience
