Tilson is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Representative to support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys building positive employee experiences.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
- Support employee relations, engagement activities, and recognition programs
- Assist with benefits communication and enrollment
- Maintain accurate HR records, forms, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Prepare OSHA reporting and support workers’ compensation processes
- Provide general HR and administrative support
- Travel to company locations within the state as needed
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of HR experience and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Must be a great communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience with Lattice and Paylocity is a plus.
