Outpatient Psychiatrist – Nashville, Tennessee

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our academic behavioral health team at Centennial Parthenon Pavilion Medical Center in Nashville.

This is a full-time, 100% outpatient psychiatry opportunity offering an exceptional work-life balance with no call responsibilities, strong Graduate Medical Education (GME) involvement, and active participation in medical student clerkship education.

Psychiatrist Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning for adult behavioral health patients

  • Participate in Graduate Medical Education (GME) activities and physician training 
  • Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows 
  • Clerkship in psychiatry education and academic development 
  • Collaborate with PMHNPs, therapists, and multidisciplinary behavioral health teams 
  • Supervise and support advanced practice providers 
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
