Front of House Supervisor


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to assist in leading our restaurant team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily front of house operations, including guest service, reservations, and seating arrangements

- Supervise and support front of house staff, including hosts, servers, and bartenders

- Ensure high standards of customer service, hospitality, and cleanliness are maintained at all times

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently

- Assist in training, coaching, and evaluating team members to promote professional growth

- Monitor and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours

- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth communication and operations

- Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in restaurant front of house management or supervisory roles

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Knowledge of POS systems and reservation management software

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
