The QIDP Support Coordinator provides clinical and documentation support within Intermediate Care Facility(ICF/IID) Residential programs. The position works directly with the Assistant Director of Operations and QIDP team to support regulatory compliance, active treatment documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, and continuity of clinical services across ICF homes.
Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field required.
Meet qualifications for QIDP under ICF/IID regulations.
Experience working in ICF/IID residential services preferred.

ISP/IPP development
Medicaid and survey standards
Clinical documentation requirements
Incident management systems
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Must be able to be a company driver: 21 years of age and less than 4 points.
