BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION (BASIC JOB FUNCTION):

The Quality Analyst is responsible for maintaining and overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with

established standards and procedures. They collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement initiatives

and enhance operational efficiency. The role involves conducting regular quality audits, tracking performance, and

generating reports with key insights and trend analysis. They also investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis,

and implement corrective actions to address gaps. Additionally, the analyst maintains documentation, supports

administrative requirements, and participates in meetings to align on quality performance and improvements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, and basic
• automation) for efficient data handling and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure data integrity and minimize errors in processing
• Ability to identify discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
• Effective communication skills to clearly report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
