About Us: Headquartered in Chicago, Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC is an investment bank that combines Wall Street scale with the agility of an independent, employee-owned firm. We help financial institutions uncover overlooked opportunities, navigate complexity, and make decisions grounded in insight, not impulse. Our work is focused on long-term impact and relationships built on what matters most: trust and enduring performance.
About the Position: We are actively seeking someone who wakes up ready to dial. This is a pure hunter position. Your job is to fill seats in Performance Trust’s educational programs and generate introductory meetings for our senior advisors. That’s it. No account management. No babysitting existing clients. You are the tip of the spear.
You will be on the phone. You will be writing sharp, compelling emails. You will hear “no” and you will call back anyway, because you understand that in this business, timing and persistence are everything. The CEO or CFO who brushes you off in January may be your best attendee in September. You play the long game without losing the urgency.
This role is the engine of our front-end pipeline. Performance Trust’s business model runs on relationships that start with education. Our programs introduce community bank CEOs and CFOs to a better way of thinking about their balance sheets. Your mission is to get those executives in the room. Everything downstream depends on it.
This is an on-site position in our Dallas, Texas office. We want you here, building the habit and the culture of consistent outreach.
Please Note: While we love connecting with curious candidates, we want to be transparent that informal conversations with our team do not factor into hiring decisions. The best way to move forward is to apply directly as we review every application carefully.
Specifically, this individual will be responsible for the following:
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach to community bank and credit union CEOs and CFOs nationwide via phone, email, and LinkedIn, every day, without fail
- Drive registrations for Performance Trust’s educational programs, this is your primary metric
- Convert program attendees and warm prospects into introductory meetings for senior advisors
- Build and manage a disciplined pipeline of long-term prospects in CRM, with meticulous notes and follow-up cadences
- Develop and refine outreach sequences and messaging in collaboration with the team
- Show up, dial, follow up, and do it again
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- 1–3 years of outbound sales, business development, or high-volume prospecting experience, you’ve made the calls, you know what it feels like
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Hunger. Genuine, get-up-early, stay-late hunger. This isn’t a role for someone who needs to be motivated from the outside
- Thick skin and a short memory, you shake off rejection and move to the next one
- Sharp written and verbal communication, your emails get opened, your voicemails get returned
- Financial services exposure is a plus, but what matters more is that you can learn a sophisticated value proposition and deliver
- Coachable and process-oriented, while still showing the initiative to find what works
- You see this for what it is: a launching pad at a firm where top performers build exceptional careers
- License Requirements: Active FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire date
- Candidates must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
