SCHEDULE & TERRITORY
• Full-time field-based dental territory sales role
• Approximately 10% travel required
• Daily in-person dental office prospecting and relationship development
• Territory coverage throughout Phoenix market
• No relocation assistance available — local candidates strongly preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $80,000–$90,000
• On-target earnings: $160,000–$180,000
• Uncapped commission plan
• Mileage reimbursement provided

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prospect, develop, and close new orthodontic and dental accounts throughout assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with orthodontists, dentists, office managers, and front-office staff
• Conduct in-person office visits and confidently navigate dental office environments
• Present aligner technology and treatment planning platform as a clinically superior solution
• Generate and maintain strong pipeline activity through aggressive business development efforts
• Meet and exceed aggressive territory revenue and growth goals
• Collaborate with leadership on territory strategy and commercial expansion initiatives
IDEAL BACKGROUND
• Early-career “step-up” dental sales candidate looking to break into high-growth manufacturer sales
• 1–5 years total professional sales experience REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year dental sales experience REQUIRED
• Hunter mentality with strong prospecting and business development skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable walking into dental offices and navigating front desk interactions REQUIRED
• Highly coachable, resilient, competitive, and performance-driven personality REQUIRED
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating inside startup environments REQUIRED
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities REQUIRED
