We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and daily specials

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff

- Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction

- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, stations, and service areas

- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and provide receipts

- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations and standards

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Server in a reputable restaurant or hospitality setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail pairings

- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
