Utility B must be able to satisfactorily perform the following essential job responsibilities

• Receives instructions from Leads
• Operates under supervision
• Support for different departments, clicking, tapping, trimming, and packing
• Operate drill presses and grinders
• Assist with other departments as necessary

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

· Ability to work with a variety of warehouse/manufacturing tools

· Basic math knowledge which includes the use of measuring tools

· Effective verbal and written communication skills

· Creative problem-solving skills

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Proven organizational skills

· Ability to prioritize and work independently

Working Conditions

Physical Requirements

· Able to push, carry, lift, and move materials up to 40 pounds.

· Ability to work while walking/standing for extended periods of time

· Able to walk across a production facility.

Work Environment

· Typical production environment.

· Willing and able to work additional hours as needed to ensure responsibilities are met.

Minimum Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment

· Familiar with power tools and hand tools

· Experience with standard inspection equipment

· Forklift certification a plus

· Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
