About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Leasing & Revenue Manager to oversee marketing and leasing operations across our growing multifamily portfolio of 1,380+ units. This role is the strategic engine behind our occupancy, revenue performance, and brand presence in the western Washington market. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that attract and retain residents, lead site-level leasing teams, and drive repositioning initiatives that elevate the long-term value of our communities.
The ideal candidate is a revenue-focused leader who pairs sharp market instincts with deep operational expertise in Washington State housing compliance, multi-site team management, and leading-edge property management technology.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of property management experience, with a track record of revenue growth and team leadership
• Demonstrated expertise in Washington State landlord-tenant law and housing compliance
• Proven success managing leasing operations across multiple sites
• Strong proficiency with Yardi Voyager, Maintenance IQ, CRM Flex, and Rent Café (or comparable platforms)
• Experience leading lease-up and repositioning campaigns
• Excellent analytical, communication, and people-leadership skills
• Ability to work in our Bellevue office five days per week
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to maximize visibility and reach the target audience
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, implementing innovative ideas to stay ahead
• Monitor and assess leasing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI
Resident Acquisition & Retention
• Foster a customer-centric culture that enhances the resident experience and drives lease renewals
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community influencers to create referral programs and strengthen brand presence
• Partner with Property Managers to implement initiatives that elevate the overall resident experience
• Collect and analyze resident feedback to drive data-informed improvements
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new residents and cultivate a sense of community
• Analyze tenant turnover data and implement initiatives that address common reasons for non-renewal
Brand Management
• Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent, compelling brand image across print and digital channels
• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality advertising campaigns
Team Development & Training
• Lead and mentor leasing teams across multiple sites, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that drives productivity and motivation
Meetings & Communication
• Work daily with Property Managers and the sales team
• Lead regular cadences, including:
- Weekly marketing meetings / Lease renewal reviews / One-on-one training sessions
Lease-Ups & Repositioning
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies for new apartment communities during the lease-up phase
• Use market research to identify target demographics and tailor marketing efforts accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between construction completion and leasing operations
• Partner with development teams on physical and aesthetic improvements that align with market demands
Software Management
Drive efficiency and full utilization across our Yardi software stack:
• Yardi Voyager — accounting system
• Maintenance IQ — maintenance system
• CRM Flex — customer relationship management
• Rent Café — marketing platform
• Elise Ai – leasing platform
