Description
Hammond Lumber Company is currently seeking the newest member of their Planer mill team to work at the Belgrade, Maine location.
Planer Mill Worker Job Responsibilities
- Will stack, tally, wrap and package lumber
- Helps maintain a clean mill and assists with maintenance of the facility
- Operates forklifts and tilt hoist
- Will eventually learn how operate machinery within the mill
- Will perform other tasks as assigned
- NO WEEKENDS!
Requirements
- Ideal candidate would be available for Monday-Thursday 6:00-4:30 and Fridays 6:00-3:30
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to follow established procedures and practices
- Basic computer skills a must
