As a Human Resources Generalist at THRIVE, you will be a friendly and trusted resource for employees, supervisors, and leaders across the organization. This role offers a great mix of people-centered support, practical problem-solving, and HR operations that help create a positive and supportive workplace experience.

In this position, you will help coordinate and administer key HR processes, including leaves of absence, workers' compensation claims, return-to-work planning, employee transfers, promotions, status changes, and benefits-related support. You will partner with supervisors and managers to answer questions, support employee relations matters, interpret policies, and help ensure HR practices are applied consistently and thoughtfully across THRIVE.
