What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound customer calls and schedule automotive service appointments
- Make outbound calls regarding service reminders, ToyotaCare maintenance, recalls, warranty programs, and customer follow-up
- Assist customers with questions about vehicle maintenance and service recommendations
- Review customer service history and identify opportunities for additional maintenance services
- Maintain accurate customer records within dealership CRM and DMS systems
- Communicate current service promotions, specials, and dealership offers
- Coordinate with service advisors and dealership staff to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM and dealership software
- Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
